Great staff and nice hotel
I stayed here for three nights in october. The hotel is a small hotel close to the beach and not too far away from "Ocean drive". The staff was wery friendly and you could really feel that they did their outmost to give us a perfect stay. The rooms are perhaps a bit small, but otherwise a great hotel.

i stayed for three nights in cadet and it is lovely.... location: one block from the beach (u get discount rate on sun bed if u show them the hotel card) and one block from lincon road mall.. the staff is very friendly and will go all the way to make your stay a pleasure.
Lovely boutique hotel, perfectly situated for days/nights in South Beach
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights over Labor Day. If we go back to Miami, we're staying here. The Cadet Hotel is located at the corner of James and 17th St - 2 blocks from the ocean and 2 blocks from Lincoln Rd which has a seemingly endless set of restaurants, cafes, and art galleries to explore.
Exceptional
I wouldn't change a thing! The Hotel is clean, comfortable, friendly staff, classy, roomy and at a very good location. I would definitely recommend without hesitation.
Boutique Hotel, great value, good location
We stayed 4 nights at Cadet Hotel in Miami Beach, end of July 2009. Price 110$ per night. The location is wonderful, 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from Lincoln Road. The hotel is very nice, clean and very modern furnished. The guy at the reception was very helpful and gave us a lot of information.

Really nice hotel we had a great holiday here everthing perfect, staff was really friendly and very nice, very good location and very clean!!! Would recommend and come back again.
Good Deal and Very Nice Place
Stay here.... Its a super great location and great bang for the buck compared to the other hotels in the area. The staff are very nice and helpful. The Rooms are small but even though we booked a queen bed because thats all they seem to had, we got a king bed instead... maybe they upgraded something there.... We are...more...
Great stay, hotel exceeded my expectations
My friend and I had a wonderful time at the Cadet Hotel. The property is EXTREMELY clean and well kept. Our room was tastefully appointed and had a cozy feel to it. The staff was very polite. Upon check-in, there was a bowl of cherries and a personalized note welcoming us to the property.

We had never stayed on south beach so we relied on the information and reviews. We chose the Cadet based on that information were not disappointed. It's a small boutique hotel.
